New cuttlefish croquettes in restaurant Oustau in Altea

This year, we inaugurate new dishes with the opening of the restaurant. And it is that our kitchen never stops, even on vacation the chef Pascual Robles, has decided to try to do new things to surprise all the old town of Altea.

We present the cuttlefish croquettes, with squid ink and mushrooms, accompanied by a thin green sauce of parsley.
